Announcements
We share about upcoming events. We want the church to know what is happening. We also try to get them brief and to the point. Stay current by signing up for our weekly and month newsletter at the link at the top of the page.
Singing
We love to make a joyful noise to the Lord. If you are unfamiliar with the songs, the lyrics will be on the screen. You are welcome to simply listen.
Prayer
We take time to pray for the church and the community each week. We also recite the Lord’s prayer using “debt/ debtors”. If you don’t know what that means, no worries!
Communion
We celebrate the Lord’s Supper each week. The Table is open to all Christ-followers. If that’s not you, come hear about what Jesus has done.
Message
We think the Scriptures have transformative power. Each week we will share a message from the Bible. They are usually 20-30 minutes long.
Invitation
We give time and space to respond to God’s Word and Spirit. This is an opportunity to receive prayer or to respond to the Gospel or whatever else the Lord leads.
Nursery
Your child is welcome inside our sanctuary during worship. If nursery is preferred, it is available during Sunday services. On Wednesday nights, a childcare reservation is needed by contacting the church office at 816-232-3374 by Monday of the week childcare is needed.
Children's Time (PreK-3rd Grade)
Students begin worship on Sundays with their familiesinside the sanctuary. After communion, they will meet their teacher directly outside the back of sanctuary for their lesson. Parents can pick their children up in the library (outside the sanctuary)after the adult service has concluded.
Wednesday Nights (PreK-8th Grade)
We have three classes available on Wednesday nights. Halo Club (PreK-2nd), THAT Club (3rd-5th), and Middle School (6th-8th). The middle school meets on 3rd floor. The leaders are there to greet at the west entrance and take the children to appropriate room.
