Come, Meet us at the Table!
Join us this Sunday, October 13 at 9:15AM or 10:45AM
We will continue our message series through the book of Daniel. We will read from chapter 5 this Sunday. Like father, like son. King Belshazzar failed to learn the lesson that his father, Nebuchadnezzar learned. Pride and arrogance leads us on the road to ruin. If we have been given power or position by the grace of God, we ought to use it in a way that honors God, instead of using it to make our name greater. Those who fail to learn the lessons from the past are doomed to repeat it.
Spend some time in the Social Hall in between services for fellowship with friends and get to know some new people. Enjoy a doughnut, coffee, tea, juice, or milk.
For Your Calendar
Sign-up in the Social Hall if you plan to decorate a trunk and hand out candy. If you wish to donate candy there is drop-off in the Social Hall as well.
Join us on Wednesday Nights
Our next Wednesday night meal will be on November 6 at 6PM. We will enjoy turkey, ham and other traditional thanksgiving foods prepared by Jean Parker and her helpers. The congregation is invited to bring desserts. The High School youth group will help serve and all donations given will be a fundraiser for the 2025 Summer mission trip.
