Connect to an Adult Christian Fellowship Community!

Wyatt Park Christian Church offers lots of ways to get connected and grow.  Adult Christian Fellowship Communities are weekly small group gatherings that provide a great environment to build a deeper connection with God and others.  These groups are divided according to age, interest, or specific need of the individual.  ACF Communities meet at various times throughout the week, but primarily on Sunday mornings.

Below are a few ACF communities meeting right now!

Spiritual Growth Community: This inter-generational group is a support type class, focusing on individual needs as they arise.  It is also a discussion class with studies centered on contemporary books dealing with issues of spirituality.  Community meets Sundays in Room 201 at 10:20 AM.

Patria Community:
"Patria" is a Greek word meaning family.  A wide variety of topics are explored in this community.  On any given weekend the topic may be anything from parenting to the Apostle Paul.  All are welcome in this diverse group of singles and marrieds.  Meets Sundays at 10:20 AM in Room 102.

NOOMA: This diverse group meets in the Atrium on Sundays at 10:20 AM to study various topics, often using DVD, followed by in-depth discussion.

OK: The OK Class is an abbreviation for “Oikos Koinoias,” meaning House of Fellowship.  This vibrant class of ages 30-something to 50-something seeks to look at the Scriptures and explore current topics where faith and life connect.  Discussion topics range from world hunger to parenting teenagers.  Rod Quigley quigley@ponyexpress.net Delbert Main and Renee McGinley share the teaching for this class meeting on Sundays in Room 312 at 10:45 AM.

Keystone: This group of singles and couples over 50 to retirement age, gather to form a warm fellowship with vibrant discussion and frequent service projects for both the church and community.  This group also meets regularly for social gatherings and game nights.  The Keystone class led most often by Elbert Turner redleg05@stjoelive.com and Jeannetta Danford meets on Sundays in the room directly across from the main office at 10:20 AM.

Craft Ladies: Do you like crafts and scrapbooking? If so, this wonderful group of ladies invites you to join their group. They meet periodically on the first and third Mondays at 10:00 AM in room 307.
