Worship Times:
Praise worship gatherings are Saturdays at 5:00 PM and Sundays at 9:15 AM, and worship with a more varied feel (including traditional) is offered on Sundays at 10:45 AM.
It's always joyous when some of the children help lead our times of praise during worship.
Children's Clothing Source
 Jacob's Closet is a ministry that provides clothing to children in need (infant through 6th grade) at no cost. We have our shelves stocked and ready for spring, but are low in boy's clothes of all sizes! If you have clothes to donate, please leave them in the cabinet in the Circle Drive (south) Entrance. Financial donations are always welcome in order to purchase socks and underwear. For more information or to make an appointment to visit the closet, call the church office at 232-3374.

Worship This Week
This weekend (May 19-20), we begin another journey through a book of the Bible. This time, we will explore the book of Acts. It is the sequel to the Gospel of Luke which we went through for about 5 months beginning last November. The story told in Luke's gospel is continued in the book of Acts, which deals with the beginnings of the church. Between now and late November, we will encounter every verse in this fascinating book. This weekend in part 1, Pastor Scott Killgore will focus on chapter 1 which tells about the ascension of Jesus, and also about the selection of a replacement for Judas. The story told in this chapter is over 2000 years old, but it has much to teach us about life today.

Registration for VBS is going on now! Stop by the table in the Friendship Area and sign your child up. You can also sign up to volunteer -- there are many areas to choose from -- we have a place for you!!!
Camp Deadlines Coming!
 The "Super Early Bird" Deadline has passed, but that doesn't mean you can't still save on your registration fees! Next (and last) deadline for savings is June 1. Camps are filling up, so get your registration in quickly! Forms are in Peggy's office door. And remember, the church pays 1/2 of your fee!
We also need van drivers to transport our campers. Call the office, or check out the sign-up on the ramp for dates, if you are willing and able!
